my name is oliver and in the beginning of this short description of myself i uncover that i'm living in the beautiful city of vienna in austria.
i did my master at the vienna university of economics and business administration. during my period as student i even had the possibility to attend an exchange semester abroad at the university of illinois at urbana-champaign. that short time had a big influence on me, as it was my first real trip abroad. after that i discovered traveling and made some more journeys all over the world. this page is mainly dedicated to those trips. you can find some destinations accompanied by a selection of photos here.
talking about my hobbies, first of all there is soccer. i love playing soccer and i spend much time running after the ball.
a special part of my life also belongs to mathematics. even as a kid i loved to solve mathematical equations and this continued until today. i even started studying mathematics once, but i had to give it up due to lack of time...
but the biggest part in my leisure time involves my computer. i can easily manage to sit in front of the screen for the whole day only playing around, downloading some software and installing it, etc… in the end it's time consuming with almost no visible progress. but that's exactly the fun of doing it
